At BestAutoPartOnline, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 calendar days of the delivery date—no questions asked.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:
    •    Be returned within 15 days of receipt
    •    Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
    •    Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and documentation

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@bestautopartonline.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without prior approval, as this may delay processing or cause the item to be rejected.

3. Return Shipping and Customs

While we offer a 15-day unconditional return policy, all return shipping and customs costs (including import/export duties, taxes, and clearance fees) are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
    •    We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
    •    If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method

Shipping fees paid at the time of original purchase (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items
